Back to school? Monday blues? We've got just the ticket!
Join this children's musical journey where movement, music making and singing will guide our path! Every Monday we will play a variety of percussion instruments, sing songs, dance, tell stories and practice a little yoga. Through creative exploration, Sarah will guide the group in writing their own songs and crafting their own dances. At the end of the term, we'll gather for a final performance to share our creations with family and the community.
Sarah Dill is a vocalist, music therapist, singer songwriter and mindfulness yoga instructor from Minnesota, USA newly living and working in the Wairarapa. In combination with her 20+ years as a professional performer she brings a high level of musicianship to her compassionate and heart-centered approach. Sarah has grown her professional music therapy practice and with 7 + years of experience working with children, adolescents, families, adults and elderly clients in clinical, and mental health settings where she blends her training in yoga and mindfulness.
